Job Summary
Lead the Oil & Gas loyalty-focused offline payments sales team to develop business plans, hire and develop staff, define sales processes, and drive customer engagement and satisfaction while delivering growth for the territory. Responsibilities include developing plans to achieve sales goals, managing sales staff and resources, defining sales force structure, coordinating training programs, onboarding new merchants, maintaining relationships with PSU and oil-marketing partners, and continuously improving sales processes to meet targets. The role requires graduation, sales experience, leadership abilities, and strong communication skills; familiarity with Excel is optional.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation is a must
- Experience in sales and similar roles
- Experience of loyalty business
- Set and track sales targets for the team
- Review of Sales Team
- Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
- Will be handling assigned territory for Oil and Gas
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of Excel (Optional)
