Team Leader - O&G Adjacent 1 - Warangal

Develop and execute plans and strategies to achieve sales goals for the Oil & Gas vertical in Warangal. Lead and manage sales teams, operations, and resources to drive growth, define and optimize the sales force structure, hire and develop staff, and implement training programs to enable performance. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, manage expectations, and coordinate improvements in sales processes. Handle the assigned Oil & Gas territory with a focus on engaging merchants, PSU oil/gas companies, and retail businesses, leveraging offline payment solutions (QR codes and POS). Requires graduation and prior experience in sales, loyalty programs, and strong communication/leadership skills. Proficiency with Excel is advantageous, along with a growth mindset and ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
