Job Summary
Lead sales for Paytm's Oil & Gas vertical focused offline payment solutions in Visakhapatnam, overseeing end-to-end merchant onboarding, relationship management with oil/gas merchants and PSU/OO companies, and driving growth targets. Define and implement sales processes, recruit and develop the sales staff, set and track territory targets, coordinate training programs, and ensure high customer satisfaction. Requires graduation and proven sales experience with knowledge of loyalty programs; strong communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and an understanding of technology and user experience. Growth-oriented mindset and ability to simplify complex processes are valued.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation/ Post Graduation preferred
- Experience in sales and similar roles
- Experience with loyalty business
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of Excel (Optional)
