Job Summary
Lead sales team for Oil & Gas vertical in Trivandrum, responsible for developing plans and strategies to achieve sales goals, managing sales teams and resources, defining sales structures and training programs, onboarding merchants for Paytm’s offline payment solutions, and maintaining strong customer relationships with PSU/Oil marketing companies. Requires graduation and experience in sales (including loyalty business), plus ability to set and track targets, manage a territory, and communicate effectively. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and a growth mindset are essential; Excel knowledge is optional.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation is a must
- Experience in sales and similar roles
- Experience of loyalty business
- Set and track sales targets for the team
- Review of Sales Team
- Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
- Will be handling assigned territory for Oil and Gas
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of Excel (Optional)
- Education : Graduation/Post Graduation preferred
