Job Summary
Team Leader for the Oil & Gas vertical (offline payments via QR codes and POS) responsible for developing plans and strategies to achieve sales goals, building a culture of success, and managing sales teams, operations, and resources. Define optimal sales structure, hire and develop staff, coordinate training programs, manage customer expectations, drive customer satisfaction, and identify process improvements. Will oversee assigned territory in Oil & Gas, with strong emphasis on leadership, stakeholder engagement, and growth mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation is a must.
- Experience in sales and similar roles
- Experience of loyalty business.
- Set and track sales targets for the team.
- Review of Sales Team.
- Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement.
- Will be handling assigned territory for Oil and Gas.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of Excel (Optional)
