Job Summary
Lead the Oil & Gas adjacent sales vertical for Paytm in Tirupati: develop and execute plans to achieve sales goals, manage and develop the sales team and resources, define sales processes and structure, onboard and nurture merchants for offline payment solutions (QR codes and POS), and drive customer engagement and satisfaction within the assigned territory. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end sales operations, targeting loyalty-based accounts, setting and tracking team sales targets, reviewing performance, designing training programs, and coordinating with stakeholders to optimize growth. Key skills include leadership, strong communication, stakeholder management, and familiarity with Excel; prior experience in loyalty/business-to-merchants context is valued.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation is a must
- Experience in sales and similar roles
- Experience of loyalty business
- Set and track sales targets for the team
- Review of Sales Team
- Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
- Will be handling assigned territory for Oil and Gas
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of Excel (Optional)
