Team Leader - O&G Adjacent 1 - Tirunelveli

Role leads the sales team for Paytm's Oil & Gas adjacent offline payments vertical in Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu, focusing on onboarding merchants, servicing existing merchants, and driving growth through QR-based and POS-based payments. Responsibilities include developing plans and strategies to achieve sales goals, creating a culture of success, defining optimal sales force structure, hiring and developing staff, coordinating sales training, managing customer expectations and satisfaction, defining sales processes, and researching methods to increase customer engagement. Required: Graduation, experience in sales, and experience in loyalty business; strong communication and leadership; ability to manage an assigned Oil & Gas territory; familiarity with Excel (optional). Aims to build relationships with PSU/Oil Marketing Companies and merchants, with emphasis on driving growth and achieving targets.
