Job Summary
Lead the Oil & Gas adjacent sales team to achieve company sales goals by developing plans, defining optimal sales structures, and hiring/developing staff. Drive end-to-end merchant onboarding and servicing for offline payment solutions (QR codes and POS) for petrol/gas station customers, maintain relationships with PSU oil marketers, and manage territory performance. Responsibilities include managing sales operations and resources, creating a culture of success, coordinating sales training, setting and tracking targets, improving customer engagement, and delivering high customer satisfaction. Key skills include leadership, strategic planning, stakeholder management, communication, and a growth mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation is a must
- Experience in sales and similar roles
- Experience of loyalty business
- Set and track sales targets for the team
- Review of Sales Team
- Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
- Will be handling assigned territory for Oil and Gas
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of Excel (Optional)
