Job Summary
Team Leader for Oil & Gas adjacent vertical in Salem. Develop plans and strategies to achieve sales goals, manage sales teams and resources, define sales processes, hire and develop staff, and coordinate training to enable staff to meet objectives. Responsible for customer satisfaction, handling territory in Oil & Gas, and driving growth with merchants (offline payments via QR codes and POS). Requires graduation (post-graduation preferred) and experience in sales, loyalty programs, target setting, and stakeholder management. Strong leadership, communication, and ability to align internal and external stakeholders are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation is a must
- Experience in sales and similar roles
- Experience of loyalty business
- Set and track sales targets for the team
- Review of Sales Team
- Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
- Will be handling assigned territory for Oil and Gas
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of Excel (Optional)
