Job Summary
Lead the offline Oil & Gas merchant solutions sales team, develop plans to achieve sales goals, build a culture of success, manage sales teams and resources, define sales structure and hire/develop staff, coordinate training programs, and drive customer satisfaction. Own territory planning, merchant onboarding, and engagement strategies for Oil and Gas clients. Requires Graduation and proven sales experience with loyalty business; strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills; proficiency in Excel is optional. Emphasizes growth mindset and ability to simplify complex processes to improve sales outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation is a must.
- Experience in sales and similar roles
- Experience of loyalty business.
- Set and track sales targets for the team.
- Review of Sales Team.
- Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement.
- Will be handling assigned territory for Oil and Gas.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of Excel (Optional).
