Job Summary
Lead sales team to achieve company sales goals in the Oil & Gas vertical, overseeing onboarding of merchants for offline solutions, managing end-to-end sales and operations, defining sales processes, hiring and developing staff, and driving customer satisfaction. Responsible for territory management for Oil and Gas, strategic planning, and optimizing engagement with merchants and stakeholders while leveraging technology and data to enable growth. Strong leadership, communication, and Excel skills are valued; graduation is required or preferred for advanced roles.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation is a must.
- Experience in sales and similar roles
- Experience of loyalty business.
- Set and track sales targets for the team.
- Review of Sales Team.
- Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement.
- Will be handling assigned territory for Oil and Gas.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of Excel (Optional).
- Graduation/ Post Graduation preferred.
