Job Summary
Team Leader for Paytm’s Oil & Gas Adjacent vertical in Kozhikode (Kerala) responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, managing the sales team and resources, defining sales processes, onboarding and servicing merchants (offline payments via QR codes and POS), and driving merchant engagement and customer satisfaction. Requires leadership to hire/develop staff, align with PSU and oil marketing companies, and drive territory growth with a growth mindset. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and a willingness to leverage technology and user experience insights are key; Excel knowledge is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation is a must
- Experience in sales and similar roles
- Experience of loyalty business
- Set and track sales targets for the team
- Review of Sales Team
- Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
- Will be handling assigned territory for Oil and Gas
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of Excel (Optional)
