Job Summary
Team Leader for the Oil & Gas adjacent vertical in Kannur, responsible for developing and executing plans to achieve sales goals, building a high-performing sales team, defining and optimizing sales processes, hiring and developing staff, coordinating training programs, managing customer expectations and driving growth across the assigned oil and gas territory. Strong leadership, relationship-building with merchants and PSU/Oil marketing Companies, and effective communication are essential to onboard and service offline payment solutions (QR codes and POS) for petrol/gas retailers.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation is a must
- Experience in sales and similar roles
- Experience of loyalty business
- Set and track sales targets for the team
- Review of Sales Team
- Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
- Will be handling assigned territory for Oil and Gas
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of Excel (Optional)
