Job Summary
Lead and manage the Oil & Gas vertical offline payment solutions sales team in Kalaburagi. Develop business plans to achieve sales goals, define sales processes, hire and develop staff, coordinate training, and drive customer engagement for merchants including PSU and Oil Marketing Companies. You will handle the assigned territory, set targets, track performance, and mentor the team; requires graduation and strong leadership, communication, and Excel familiarity.
