Job Summary
Lead and execute the sales strategy for the Oil & Gas offline payments vertical (QR and POS) for Paytm in the Guntur region. Manage the sales team and operations, hire and develop staff, define sales processes, set targets, and coordinate training to enable staff to achieve growth. Maintain strong customer relationships with merchants, PSU oil marketing companies, and other retailers, drive engagement, and continuously improve sales outcomes through effective leadership, strategy, and collaboration. Strong communication, leadership, and a growth mindset are essential, with a focus on end-to-end sales, onboarding, and territory management.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation is a must
- Experience in sales and similar roles
- Experience of loyalty business
- Set and track sales targets for the team
- Review of Sales Team
- Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
- Will be handling assigned territory for Oil and Gas
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of Excel (Optional)
