Job Summary
Lead and develop the sales team for the Oil & Gas adjacent vertical, driving end-to-end merchant onboarding and servicing in Ernakulam. Develop plans and strategies to achieve sales goals, define optimal sales force structure, hire and develop staff, and coordinate sales training to enable team performance. Manage customer expectations and relationships to achieve high satisfaction, while analyzing and refining sales processes to drive growth in the Oil & Gas territory. Strong communication and leadership abilities are essential, with a focus on loyalty business and stakeholder alignment to expand merchant base and engagement. Proficiency in Excel is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation
- Experience in sales and similar roles
- Experience of loyalty business
- Set and track sales targets for the team
- Review of Sales Team
- Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
- Will be handling assigned territory for Oil and Gas
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of Excel (Optional)
