Job Summary
Lead and manage the Oil & Gas adjacent offline payments sales team in East Godavari, driving strategy, hiring and development of sales staff, defining sales processes, and achieving targets. Own territory management, customer engagement, and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include planning and strategizing for revenue growth, defining optimal sales force structure, coordinating sales training, and enabling staff to reach their potential while collaborating with PSU/Oil marketing Companies. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and ability to drive improvements using technology and a growth mindset are required.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation is mandatory
- Experience in sales
- Experience of loyalty business
- Knowledge of Excel (Optional)
- Onboarding merchants for offline solutions
- Managing a sales team and territory
- Leadership and communication skills
