Job Summary
Lead sales team for Oil & Gas vertical, driving end-to-end sales growth in Chennai. Develop plans to achieve sales goals, hire and develop staff, onboard new merchants for offline solutions, manage territory for Oil & Gas, and coordinate training programs to enable staff to meet objectives. Define sales processes, monitor customer expectations, and strive for high customer satisfaction. Requires graduation and strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills; familiarity with Excel is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation is a must
- Experience in sales and similar roles
- Experience of loyalty business
- Set and track sales targets for the team
- Review of Sales Team
- Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
- Will be handling assigned territory for Oil and Gas
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of Excel (Optional)
