Job Summary
Team Leader for Paytm’s Oil & Gas vertical focused offline payment solutions in Bangalore. Lead and develop the sales team, manage operations and resources to drive growth, define sales processes, hire and train staff, set and track territory targets, and ensure high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include onboarding merchants, maintaining relationships with PSU/Oil marketing Companies, driving merchant engagement, and coordinating sales strategies to achieve company goals. Strong leadership, communication, and Excel skills are desirable; graduation is required.
Required Qualifications
