Job Summary
Lead and manage a field sales team of 5+ members in the oil & gas vertical for EDC device sales and deployment at petrol pumps and distributors. Build and maintain strong channel partner relationships, drive merchant onboarding and transaction growth, ensure target achievement through team coordination, monitor daily productivity and incentive earnings, train and motivate the team, analyze market trends and competitor activity, and produce regular MIS reports using Excel and sales tools.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate (mandatory)
- Post-Graduation preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in channel sales & distribution
- Proven experience in leading field sales teams
- Strong knowledge of merchant onboarding, incentives, and field sales operations
- Experience in POS/EDC device sales preferred
- Familiar with metrics-based sales tracking and incentive planning
