Job Summary
Lead and manage a field sales team of 5+ members to drive EDC device sales within the Oil & Gas vertical (e.g., petrol pumps, distributors). Build and maintain strong channel partner relationships, ensure target achievement through ground execution, monitor daily productivity and incentive earnings, and train, guide, and motivate the team to scale. Analyze market trends and competitor activities; perform regular reporting and MIS using Excel and sales tools.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in channel sales & distribution
- Proven experience in leading field sales teams
- Strong knowledge of merchant onboarding, incentives, and field sales operations
- Experience in POS/EDC device sales preferred
- Graduate degree mandatory; Post-Graduation preferred
- Must have smartphone, bike, and helmet
