Job Summary
Lead and manage a field sales team of 5+ members to drive EDC device sales under the Oil & Gas vertical. Responsible for deploying EDC machines at petrol pumps and distributors, building and maintaining channel partner relationships, and achieving targets through ground coordination. Monitor daily productivity, quality of acquisitions, and incentive earnings; train, guide, and motivate the team to scale. Analyze market trends and competitor activities; perform regular reporting and MIS using Excel and sales tools.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate (mandatory)
- Post-Graduation preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in channel sales & distribution
- Proven experience in leading field sales teams
- Strong knowledge of merchant onboarding, incentives, and field sales operations
- Experience in POS/EDC device sales will be preferred
- Must have smartphone, bike, and helmet
