Job Summary
Lead and manage a field sales team of 5+ members to drive EDC device sales in the oil & gas sector, including deployment at petrol pumps and distributors. Build and maintain channel partner relationships, ensure target achievement through ground execution, monitor daily productivity and incentive earnings, and train/guide the team to scale. Analyze market trends and competitor activity, with regular reporting and MIS using Excel and sales tools.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate (mandatory)
- Post-Graduation preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in channel sales & distribution
- Proven experience in leading field sales teams
- Strong knowledge of merchant onboarding, incentives, and field sales operations
- Experience in POS/EDC device sales preferred
- Must have smartphone, bike, and helmet
- Familiar with metrics-based sales tracking and incentive planning
