Job Summary
Team Leader to drive EDC device sales in the Oil & Gas vertical, managing a field sales team, expanding merchant onboarding and transaction volumes, building channel partnerships, and ensuring target achievement through ground execution. Responsibilities include leading a field team of 5+, driving EDC sales/deployment at petrol pumps and distributors, training and motivating the team, analyzing market trends, monitoring productivity and incentive earnings, and handling regular reporting/MIS using Excel and sales tools.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in channel sales & distribution
- Proven experience in leading field sales teams
- Strong knowledge of merchant onboarding, incentives, and field sales operations
- Experience in POS/EDC device sales will be preferred
- Familiar with metrics-based sales tracking and incentive planning
- Graduate (mandatory); Post-Graduation preferred
- Must have a smartphone, bike, and helmet
