Job Summary
Lead a field sales team to drive EDC device sales in the Oil & Gas vertical, manage distributor relationships, onboard merchants, and achieve targets through ground execution. Responsibilities include team leadership, performance tracking, merchant onboarding, incentives planning, and MIS reporting using Excel and sales tools. Requires 3+ years of channel sales experience, proven leadership of field sales teams, strong knowledge of merchant onboarding and incentives, and familiarity with POS/EDC device sales. Education: Graduate (mandatory); Post-Graduation preferred. This role is based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, and involves managing a team of 5 or more members to grow merchant onboarding and transaction volumes within the Oil & Gas sector.
