Job Summary
Lead and manage the night support team at The Orpheus Centre, overseeing night shifts, inductions, supervisions, appraisals, and rotas. Ensure safety, safeguarding, and compliance with policies; support students with personal care, medication, and independent living skills; act as Lead Fire Officer and maintain accurate records contributing to audits. Promote equality and work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and learning support during nights.
Required Qualifications
- Experience supporting individuals with learning difficulties/disabilities
- Relevant line management experience
- Experience providing personal care
- Strong IT and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and people leadership skills
- Caring, patient, and able to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
