Job Summary
Direct warehouse operations by analyzing workflows, assigning tasks, and training new and existing staff to maintain efficiency and safety. Conduct random audits, resolve shift issues, and address employee performance gaps through corrective action plans. Provide coverage for absent employees using Softeon, Outlook, Word, and Excel to monitor workflow and respond to requests. Lift and move up to 50 pounds frequently, occasionally handling loads over 100 pounds. Work a night shift with on-call coverage as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
- The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Knowledge of computer software and warehouse management systems
