Team Leader

Team Leader to supervise and guide Multi Specialist Advocates in the Duty Team; lead development and coordination of the Central Volunteer offer; manage workflow to meet KPIs; ensure policies, procedures and audits compliance; oversee case management systems; analyze performance data; escalate issues and support service improvements; assist with recruitment/induction of staff, students and volunteers; ensure HR processes (recruitment, discipline, grievance, supervision, appraisal) are followed; act as first contact for safeguarding and complaints; provide on-call support; hold a proportionate MSA caseload; provide contingency support across the Advocacy Service as required.
