Job Summary
Hands-on Team Leader responsible for on-ground conservation works across natural areas, bushland reserves, and council-managed tracks in Brisbane and surrounding areas; duties include native vegetation maintenance, regeneration, aquatic and riparian restoration, herbicide application for weed control, ecosystem protection and rehabilitation, and ensuring safety and environmental best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Current Construction Induction Card (White Card)
- Current Driver’s License
- ACDC License (Agricultural Chemicals Distribution Control)
- Certificate I (minimum) in Conservation and Ecosystem Management and/or Land Management
- Experience in bush regeneration, conservation works, or similar field-based roles
- Familiarity with safe work practices in natural area environments
