Job Summary
Lead and develop a retail team by coaching, mentoring, and fostering a collaborative environment focused on shared goals. Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing duties, visual merchandising, and stock presentation to uphold operational excellence and health and safety standards. Motivate staff to meet sales targets and KPIs while delivering exceptional customer service, resolving concerns promptly, and building strong local community connections. This role offers a monthly bonus scheme, 50% colleague discount, and up to 20 days annual leave for a confident leader in a fast-paced retail environment.
