Team Leader: Motor Claims (Short-Term Insurance):

Job Summary
Lead and manage a team of motor claims consultants to achieve operational targets; oversee the end-to-end processing of motor claims in line with company policies and regulatory requirements; monitor and drive team performance against KPIs, SLAs, and quality standards; provide coaching, mentoring and performance support to team members; handle escalated and complex claims for timely resolution; ensure excellent customer service and positive client outcomes; build and maintain relationships with brokers and service providers; identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency; ensure adherence to risk, compliance and fraud prevention practices; coach, mentor and manage team members toward driving business objectives; plan capacity to meet service levels and manage administration.” ,
Required Qualifications
- Relevant qualification in Insurance or Business (advantageous)
- 3–5 years’ motor claims experience
- 1–2 years’ supervisory or team leader experience
- Strong knowledge of motor claims processes and insurance principles
