Job Summary
Greet customers with long-lasting first impressions, educate them about the Unlimited Wash Club, and actively engage pre/post wash for 100% satisfaction. Maintain quality assurance through accurate Quality Control checks and lead the team in achieving high-quality service standards. Address customer escalations calmly, operate basic retail equipment, and foster a positive, collaborative environment while upholding safety guidelines. Work flexible hours including weekends, stand and move throughout the site, and lift up to 25lbs in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Positive attitude, willingness to take direction, and a professional appearance
- Follow safety guidelines and wear the required safety equipment
- Ability to stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift
- Ability to work on your feet for the entire shift in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift 25lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus
