Greet customers with long-lasting first impressions, educate them about the Unlimited Wash Club, and actively engage pre/post wash for 100% satisfaction. Lead the team in achieving service standards, maintain quality assurance through accurate checks, and address customer escalations calmly. Operate basic retail equipment, foster a positive team environment, and uphold safety guidelines while working flexible hours including weekends. This role supports facility and operations responsibilities at Moo Moo Express Car Wash, offering a path to advancement within Express Wash Concepts.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Positive attitude, willingness to take direction, and a professional appearance
- Follow safety guidelines and wear the required safety equipment
- Ability to stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift
- Ability to work on your feet for the entire shift in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift 25lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus
