Team Leader

Team Leader responsible for leading the line team at the Clinceni Plant in Romania, operating and maintaining equipment to build technical mastery and deliver on safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets. You will coach and train the team, manage plan-do-check-adjust cycles, perform root-cause analysis, implement autonomous and progressive maintenance standards, and lead shutdown maintenance while ensuring adherence to safety processes (LOTO, BOS) and quality assurance to achieve zero harm and 100 percent good-quality products. The role emphasizes leadership of line teams, handling interpersonal situations tactfully, influencing in a union environment, and effective written and verbal communication to allocate resources and drive improvements across the manufacturing shift.
