Job Summary
Lead assigned work groups by overseeing safety, quality, efficiency, and daily shipping/production schedules. Assign and manage work schedules with the Area Supervisor, ensuring all staff have necessary equipment and supplies. Maintain housekeeping and audit 5S responsibilities while driving continuous improvement through MDI. Coordinate problem-solving activities, develop audits, and serve as the primary communication link between management and associates. Review staffing needs to flex labor resources and provide continuous training to ensure standards compliance. Requires occasional lifting of objects weighing 25 to 50 pounds, periodic stooping, and frequent standing. Must be able to work overtime as necessary.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- A minimum of one year of Club Car experience or two years of leadership experience
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Microsoft Office programs
- Must be able to work overtime as necessary
- Requires occasional lifting of objects of objects 25 to 50 pounds
- Work requires periodic stooping/bending and frequent walking/standing
- Work involves activities that require special safety precautions, e.g., working around moving parts, machines, or vehicles
