Job Summary
Lead a group of 8-12 team members by assimilating and training new hires, conducting daily pre-shift meetings on safety, quality, and production goals, and ensuring proper PPE usage. Collaborate on continuous improvement ideas, escalate production issues to the Group Leader, and maintain shift-to-shift communication with other leaders. Update and audit Key Performance Indicators, create standard work procedures, and complete Hourly Boards, 5S audits, and Dupont Stop Observations. Utilize SAP to aid the manufacturing process and navigate conflicts through coaching. Requires prior leadership experience, understanding of manufacturing processes, and ability to stand or sit for long periods.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience leading others in a work or volunteer capacity
- Must possess a genuine people-centric mentality and a heart for servant leadership
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Problem solving and troubleshooting ability
- Proven leadership capabilities
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Passing a pre-employment physical including a baseline test of lifting a minimum of 50 pounds
