Team Leader - Manufacturing 2nd Shift

Lead daily pre-shift meetings to update the team on safety, quality, HR, and production goals, then assimilate and train new team members as the primary point of contact. Ensure all personnel follow safety procedures and obtain proper PPE, while collaborating on continuous improvement ideas and maintaining a mindset of ongoing process enhancement. Escalate production issues or systemic problems to the Group Leader and maintain shift-to-shift communication with other Team Leads and Leaders. Update and maintain Key Performance Indicators and metrics, create and audit Team Member Standard Work, and complete Hour by Hour Boards, 5S Audits, Dupont Stop Observations, and work stacks. Utilize SAP to aid in the manufacturing process. Requires standing, sitting, manual dexterity, and stooping; must pass a pre-employment physical including a 50-pound lift test, drug screen, and background check.
