Job Summary
Team leader role within Desjardins Group focusing on management support and expertise development. Temporary 6-month position overseeing a highly experienced professional team, coordinating unit activities, shaping action plans, coaching, talent development, stakeholder engagement, budget management, and contributing to senior-management decision making. Requires strategic direction, project planning/execution, and strong communication in both French and English.
