Job Summary
Run restaurant shifts smoothly; lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences; support daily restaurant operations to increase sales and maintain high-quality service; address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly; develop skills in forecasting sales, inventory management, cash control, security, safety, and food quality standards; maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and team members; taking responsibility for positive engagement with guests and team members; flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent
- Minimum three months experience as a restaurant team member
- Ability to read, write, and interpret documents
- Availability to work varied schedules including evenings and weekends
