Job Summary
Team Leader with store-floor leadership responsibilities: guide and inspire a retail team to deliver exceptional customer service, meet business objectives, and foster a learning culture. Responsibilities include developing colleagues, recognizing achievement, ensuring safe and legal store operations, and supporting cross-store coverage as needed. Required skills include frontline leadership, strong communication and relationship-building, training and development experience, and knowledge of KPI concepts (e.g., ATV) to drive results. The role involves weekend work within store hours (5.45am–11.15pm) and a 39-hour week across five days.
Required Qualifications
- Current/recent retail leadership experience
- working knowledge of KPIs such as ATV
- ability to lead from the front and support team on the shop floor
- flexibility to support other stores in the area
- ability to build strong relationships and communicate clearly
- experience with employee training and development
- ability to motivate teams to deliver best results
