Job Summary
Lead the planning department by defining the logistics vision, executing departmental strategy, and coaching senior planners. Oversee production plan execution, update working methods and procedures, and manage departmental KPIs. Report logistics performance to customers and initiate improvement actions as needed. Conduct team meetings and performance reviews to foster buy-in within the team.
Required Qualifications
- A completed bachelor's (HBO) or master's (WO) degree in Logistics or Industrial Engineering & Management
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role in the mechatronics or high-tech sector
- Equipped with organisational and coordinating skills, combined with extensive experience in logistics
- Able to understand the impact of supply chain decisions on the business
- Excellent in command of the Dutch and English languages, both written and spoken
- Well versed in ERP systems
- Highly proficient with Excel
