Job Summary
Lead the Living Room team in monitoring service delivery, supervising intake processes, and addressing risk and behavioral issues to ensure guest safety. Collaborate with staff on linkage recommendations, case management, and evidence-based crisis self-management skills while conducting weekly team meetings for training and case consultation. Review all documentation logs, supervise data collection on service requests, and perform annual evaluations to support professional development. Participate in hiring sequences, implement emergency plans, and assist the Program Director in coaching staff to meet agency standards.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology or closely related field
- One (1) – two (2) years clinical experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of group dynamics
- Computer proficiency, including the ability to use email, navigate and enter notes into electronic medical records and working knowledge of pertinent software
- Schedules: 3rd shift Monday thru Friday, 11pm - 7:30am
- Works flexible schedule including work on weekends or evenings as required
- May be required to be on-call
