Job Summary
Lead the Living Room team by supervising intake processes, addressing behavioral risks, and coaching staff on evidence-based crisis management skills. Directly monitor service delivery, conduct weekly team meetings, and oversee case management and linkage recommendations to ensure guest safety and support. Review all documentation logs, manage annual staff evaluations, and participate in hiring sequences while promoting program innovations through training. Maintain confidentiality and adherence to licensing standards across all assigned activities. Schedule: 2nd shift, Tuesday through Saturday, 3pm to 11:30pm.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology or closely related field
- One (1) – two (2) years clinical experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of group dynamics
- Computer proficiency, including the ability to use email, navigate and enter notes into electronic medical records and working knowledge of pertinent software
- Schedule: 2nd shift, Tuesday thru Saturday 3pm-11:30pm
- Works flexible schedule including work on weekends or evenings as required
- May be required to be on-call
Desired Qualifications
- Leadership experience
- Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) and/or Certified Recovery Support Specialist (CRSS) certification
- Lived experience of mental health recovery
