Job Summary
Team Leader responsible for coaching, instructing and coordinating activities for team members in plating, polishing, assembly, coating or other production areas; trains new employees in quality, safety and environmental work instructions; maintains and communicates production/documentation; leads scheduling, performance feedback, and turnover meetings; ensures adherence to quality procedures, safety and environmental requirements; drives Lean/BCI initiatives and staffing decisions; conducts training (including OJT) and participates in performance reviews and talent audits; manages paperwork and fosters safe, compliant operations. Strong emphasis on leadership, communication, and problem-solving within a manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Team Leader Certification within 30 days of assignment
