Team Leader - Laser

Hands-on Laser Department Team Leader responsible for delivering production targets while maintaining quality standards and operational efficiency. This role combines leadership and machine operation, ensuring smooth day-to-day running of the department. Responsibilities include leading and supporting a small team, allocating work and priorities, performing machine setups and changeovers, troubleshooting issues, conducting in-process quality checks to specifications, reducing downtime and waste, monitoring workflow, maintaining a safe working environment with 5S practices, and ensuring adherence to health and safety procedures. The position requires experience with laser drilling or similar equipment, prior team leadership or supervision experience, strong practical and problem-solving skills, and a solid understanding of quality and production processes.
