Job Summary
Conduct people management by serving as the primary liaison for resourcing challenges and representing the function across teams. Implement performance systems aligned with firm objectives while analysing data-driven insights using software tools to support decision-making. Drive productivity and innovation by maintaining utilisation targets and introducing process improvements and integrated client solutions. Act as the key link between local team leaders and Australian managers to ensure seamless communication, coordination, and support. Mentor team members, fostering professional development while ensuring compliance with independence requirements and firm standards. This role is based at the Garden City office in Suva with a focus on work-life balance.
Required Qualifications
- A degree in Accounting, Business, or Administration
- at least 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- proactive and positive approach to building collaborative relationships
- Highly organised and detail-oriented

- ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment
- Analytical, adaptable, and confident in navigating complex challenges to deliver effective solutions
