Job Summary
Greet customers in store to ensure high levels of satisfaction through excellent sales service and assist with the sales process by maintaining a fully stocked environment. Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards while taking inventory and monitoring the sales floor. Support store management in motivating the team, achieving sales targets, and ensuring staff adhere to company guidelines. Handle cash and credit card payments, package purchases, and manage opening and closing procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Uphold the brand's standards as a representative while taking on higher responsibilities assigned by the Store Manager.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years working experience in retail sales
- Good understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Able to handle cash and credit card payments
- Computer skills to be able to utilize retail sales program
- Can manage schedules and inventory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an approachable attitude
- Must be attentive to customers' needs and determined to provide customer satisfaction
- Proficient in English, spoken and written
