Lead the team on the floor, setting the pace to hit targets and smash expectations while ensuring every guest leaves happy. Coach and support your crew to help them grow, learn, and bring their best to every shift. Manage operations from stock checks to shift plans to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. This role requires a natural leader with experience managing teams, strong people skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. You will work in one of KFC's 1000+ communities across the UK and Ireland, contributing to the iconic reputation of the original recipe chicken.
