Job Summary
On the floor, lead the team to drive the restaurant to hit targets and deliver guest satisfaction. You’ll coach, support, and develop your crew so they grow and bring their best to every shift. You’ll manage stock checks and shift plans to keep the front of house running smoothly, setting the pace and helping the restaurant hit expectations. You’re a natural leader who can build a positive, high-performing team in a fast-paced hospitality environment at KFC, bringing energy, resilience, and a people-focused approach to ensure every guest leaves happy.
