Job Summary
Team Leader overseeing seasonal tax-prep teams across multiple offices in the assigned district. Manages day-to-day activities of seasonal staff, drives office efficiency and revenue, recruits and hires for assigned locations, monitors schedules and performance to ensure quality standards, and assists with tax return preparation as needed. Supports training and development, coordinates supply delivery, and collaborates with management to maximize customer service and office profitability.
Required Qualifications
- High School Degree or equivalent related business experience preferred
- One year of previous management or supervisory experience desired
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, and accounting or tax preparation software
- PTIN (Preparer Tax Identification Number) a plus but not required
